If your payment is being declined, and you believe that there is sufficient credit on your card to cover the purchase, then please contact your card issuer and ask them to unblock transactions from Pet Shed. As an Australian company Pet Shed is sometimes identified as a foreign merchant by your card issuer and they block the transaction as a result. Once the authorisation is confirmed by your card issuer, you may place a new order on our website or call us toll-free on 866-430-2823 to complete your order over the phone. Please note that once your card issuer has advised you they have unblocked any transaction with Pet Shed there may still be a time limit to complete your purchase. It is recommended you complete your purchase immediately after your call with your card issuer.
