You've placed your order with us and your pet needs its meds! You understandably want to know how long it will take to receive your order.
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In fact, over 99% of orders are dispatched from our warehouse the next business day after placing your order with us.
All our orders are sent via registered postal service from our international distribution hub. As your order will be shipped from overseas it may take a little longer than you are used to. But the savings and products are totally worth it.
You can use the tracking number we have emailed you to track the status of your order.
Post-pandemic delivery times
It is an unfortunate reality that logistics have been severely impacted by the pandemic. We are seeing some improvement but it's still a bit hit and miss. Some customers are receiving their orders in a timely manner like nothing ever happened whilst other customers continue to experience delays.
