Status codes and their meaning:
- Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
Your order has left our warehouse but has yet to be accepted by USPS at US customs. Whilst most orders will pass this stage within 1-2 weeks of us shipping their order we have noticed that since the start of the pandemic this stage can take significantly longer. Things are yet to get back to normal in international logistics so delays can be experienced at this stage. Once it passes this stage, however, it is normally pretty smooth sailing through the remaining stages below. - Processed Through Facility
Your order has cleared US customs and has been accepted by USPS. - Arrived at USPS Regional Facility
Your order has moved to a regional USPS processing hub. - In Transit
Your order has left the regional USPS processing hub and is on its way to you. - Delivered
Your order has been delivered. The date/time and address to which the order was delivered are included in the status update.
